Frozen legion doesn't spawn statues

Hello,
In patch 3.22.0 I've tried to use frozen legion but it will not spawn any statues, however charges are still consumed on use. My character is a duelist/slayer with a two-handed mace (Pensho_Frozen). No matter how much area is around my character no statues spawn. Last bumped on Aug 19, 2023, 3:15:33 AM

Same, skill just doesn't work.

Same issue on berserker. Tried unlinked frozen legion. Charges consumed, no statues, no damage dealt.

Also bugged for me. Using mace on chieftain. No statues get spawned.
