i9 / ssd / 4090 - loading times are insane. New leugue era sometimes takes 20 secs to load!

Hello, decided to come back to PoE after few leagues, but these loading times are unfortunately unbearable... any chance to adress this issue or how can I fix it? Never had that problem before... loading times are singnificant, I have practically stopped playing, cuz it makes the game not enjoyable...
