imo, low tier mods should drop id'd. relative to player level, i mean. i like iding shit, i enjoy the mechanic but the issue is that 99.9% of the time the item isnt worth reading. if only high tier mods were unidendified you could tell at a glance if an item was a cantrip strick, or a potentially valuable relic
