Same for me, i5 9600k, 6700xt
Weirdly though, this morning Vulkan worked like a charm for me, no issues at all. Come home from work, and both DX12 and Vulkan are back to locking frames at 24. |

Today i got an update for 200mb and my game got fpslocked on 24 fps when im using Vulkan. When im changing to Dx11(What works so bad for my Pc) it's all Ok with fps, if im changing to Dx12, it's fpslocked on 14-18fps(randomly). Im nothing change in my Pc or settings from prev days. Please FIX |

Same issue here, hard locked at 24 fps when on vulkan/dx12. Running a 2080 Super.... was fine for a few days then BAM, locked fps

same problem here! i7 11700k, RTX 2060 when i switch to dx12 or vulkan my fps cap in 24 fps

same here, at the start of the league my fps was capped 80, but yesterday change to 47/50

I had this issue at the start of the league and noticed after that my monitors native refresh rates got changed to 120. It may not work for everyone in here but check in the Windows Display setting for your monitors and make sure they didn't change there.

Same here, Win 10, GTX 1070, Ryzen 5 1400 & Ryzen 5 5600x, locked to 13 FPS.

This happened to me too since affliction league launch...
Fps capped at 47/48 on Vulkan and Dx12. Dx11 stuttering and unplayable. Ryzen 5 2600, amd 6700 xt, 16gb ram EDIT (Solved): After an intense search got the answer. My gpu was wrong seated (loose)! it can be also if you have a PCI card (audio, wi fi, etc) that makes your GPU work in less than 16x pci lanes! You can look with GPUz software! (give a stress test to your gpu when you open GPUz and look for how many pci lanes is using!!) If your gpu is using 8x, 4x or 2x pci lanes, that is why PoE caps your fps. " I have similar med/high end specs and was getting capped at 24-27fps on Vulkan/DX12 since at least Affliction league as well. For those coming to this post looking for answers, that one above kinda solves it. I ran GPUz and it said 1x, when the card supports 8x. I moved the GPU one slot below and it read the same thing, then I moved the GPU up two slots, double checked that everything was seated correctly, and now GPUz reports 8x, and on DX12/Vulkan I am now getting capped at 165fps (my monitor Hz).
