Ceinture of Benevolence Unique Flasks Only for Linked Minions?

As the title suggests, Ceinture of Benevolence was recently changed to only work with non-unique flasks since it was used to grief/kill other players in Hard Core league and public parties.

Since Minions Defence Mastery makes it so that you can target minions with flasks it would be cool if unique flasks still worked on them as build possibilities might appear.

Only abuse case is with killing a party members Animate Guardian, but maybe add some clause that make the flasks only apply to your minions?
