TLDR: Yes
You can look up any monster / Spectre on poedb.tw. Their skills, unless bugged, function exactly as an exile's. If the default attack / skill has the prerequisite projectile tag, then it will work. https://poedb.tw/us/Syndicate_Operative |

It currently does not work on syndicate operatives, given the tags on poedb, we can assume it's bugged.
It worked in 3.22 with the alt faster proj, so I see no reason why it shouldn't work now with the new support gem. |
