Can't Login After Patch

When I try to login to POE after the patch, it just says "There has been a patch you need to update to. Please restart Path of Exile."

Same on Steam, launcher is still ...2b after it downloads new patch and starts, so launcher says to install patch again. You end up in a loop.

same thing here, steam might take a while to actually patch the game i think.

Same for me. Tried changing servers, restarting computer, verifying integrity of files through steam, none of which had any effect.
