Purchase did not come through, using Xsolla and Cherry Credits

Earlier today I tried to upgrade a Hauting Shade Supporter Pack for 30$ but after my Cherry Credits got charged (-43898 CC) and my Xsolla account acknowledged the transaction, I did not receive either the 300 points or the cosmetics, forum title or the portrait frame.

I contacted both GGG customer support email and Xsolla customer support, but GGG didn't respond to any of my mails but the automated response and Xsolla stated that "my payment was canceled by my payment system".

This is kinda driving me nuts. Please help.
