Missing texture on Ultimatum portal effect?

I noticed a bug on the ultimatum portal effect is not showing the wiggly black lines texture in between anymore, i thought it was loading the shader at first but after a while it stayed like this.



I have tested on Dx11 and Dx12 and both have the same problem anyone else experiencing the same?

Same problem here as well, tried on Vulkan too. Nothing changes.
Yep same problem for me. Tried Vulkan, DX12 and generally different Graphics Settings, nothing changes. I don't remember when it started to look like this, maybe with the 3.21.2 Patch that introduced a new particle system.
Update on this bug it appears that if you open a map with the portal effect it will render the portal correctly but if you load in and out to the hideout it will show the bugged portal also inside the map when you load in.

So it looks like any form of loading it doesn't render the correct portal effect only when the portal is generated for the first time reopening the portal inside the map also doesn't render the correct one even though it plays the animation again.
