Maps Deleted?

I've played 7 challenge leagues while having the atlas tab.
I currently have 3 remove-only atlas tabs in standard, so I should have roughly 4 leagues worth of maps in my standard atlas tab. However, I have zero maps! They're all missing.

The first time I clicked on my atlas tab, the game visually seemed to hiccup and it switched me over to a quad tab. I don't know if that's relevant.
