Stuck on loading infinitely (sound going on, gears spinning)

So, ever since some pathces ago, certain areas (non-specific) will suddenly not load for me, resulting in an infinite loading screen. While loading, i can hear sounds. The animation of gears spinning keep going aswell. This can happen randomly many times during a play-session and is very frustrating, since my only solution is to alt + f4 and reboot the game, whereafter the game loads the zone fine.
Looking around older forum posts this seems to have been an issue for many others, but I havent been able to find any solutions yet.

Things I've tried:
-changing servers
-Reinstalling the game after removing all poe-associated folders.
-Formatted my SDD and reinstalled from scratch.

It seems random which zones cause the crash, but for some reason it happens more regularly during act 3/8 and act 5/10.

Any help would be much appreciated.
