Vigilant Strike? VS has a cooldown. Great support for any other strike skill though, but they'll have to rework boneshatter as it loses its identity...
Crucible added an interesting node for flicker and vigilant which allows you to bypass them cool down trough power charges.
So in std, with mantra of flames, and crucible items you will be able to play vigialntshatter

You will hit yourself through Trauma and generate charges with Juggernaunt. I understand this was possible through other means. It's more of a joke then anything.

I've played VS in the past. You can circumvent the cooldown by expending endurance charges.
So, you get a means of creating those charges and you're good.
