Righteous Fire and Mind Over Matter

Description: Mana regeneration stops working under certain conditions.
Conditions: Mana regen and max mana sufficient to overcome HP drain, HP regen too low to handle the burn. How to reproduce: Receive damage or otherwise drain your mana to 0 with Righteous Fire on and lose at least portion of your HP. Once Mind Over Matter refills your HP, you're stuck at 0 mana. Even a mana flask doesn't help unless at least a portion of it is instant recovery (which is what I'm currently using to get around this bug). Best regards, Kal Last bumped on Aug 6, 2023, 7:46:13 PM

Are you also using Agnostic? After seeing some threads on the matter around the start of the league, I posted a look at the issue with Agnostic:
