Leaguestarting on potato laptop?!????

Hey guys.

I want to leaguestart on an old 2015 laptop and experience some good old path of exile framedrops. I have searched some various forums for a bit, but some ways are too old for current game. Does anyone know how to make poe lika runescape or smth similar in 2023??

Anyway my specs:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-5200U CPU @ 2.20GHz
4,00 gb ram (:DDDDDDDDD)
Nvidia geforce 920M.

You chose a wrong time for that I think. :D They just destroyed performance of the game in the most recent patch even for medium to high end PCs and so far no word whether they intend to roll it back or not.

Even if they didn't destroy performance, you need a new laptop. That is WAY under minimum spec requirements.

I have the same GPU. PoeSmoother can help u but yeah, it indeed makes it like runescape and u can even make it without any audio (which can improve performace too) so u can do deaf cosplay. But sadly with how they destroyed performance for everyone now, even this wont help enough to fix what they did. Hopefully they fix it at league start

PoE might not even run on this laptop.

Not to mention that they have rolled a terrible engine patch recently which made performance much worse even on decent and even good rigs.

You can always try and play through Geforce Now.

Its paid by subscription and you need to relogin once every 6 hours but you basically host the game on a virtual pc and then just streams the video back to your laptop.

Me and my wife have laptops with no gpu in it and we play poe at 60 fps through geforce now.

You need at least this to run the game. But with the new patch it doesn't matter the performance is bad now no matter your spec's.
