Impending Doom Bug? Offering 10 Divine for solution
Dear PoE Community,
i ran into an issue with impending doom that seems unsolvable. I use the classic temporal chain 6l with vixen's 3 curse setup (Tuna Edition). No matter how much or how little i invest into cdr OR cast speed, my impending doom NEVER procs at the first cast. This sounds not much but it basically halfs my damage. I need to cast twice or hit an overlap in order to proc my impending doom. Strangely enough IF i go up to curse limit = 4, all of my curses (4 in total) are applied in the first cast. So far i couldn't be helped and Tuna is busy doing other things. Here is my PoB (You can also load my profile via PoB): https://pobb.in/Ynj1dP0N7Wsl I offer 10 Divine to whomever fixes/solves it. I can stream to showcase my issue. Currently i would assume its some weird ass bug, so nothing in my power. Are you saying if you have curse limit 4, it works properly or that all the curses go on and the Impending Doom doesn't explode?

any video? You need to wait for the temp chain to expire to have the doom to cast

or the Doom Blast somehow also supported by your other support gem and have some terrible interaction

I did a bit of digging and found this spreadsheet with breakpoints for CDR/Cast speed. Have you been using it already?

" No. All i'm saying: 1 Cast, No Overlap, Curse Limit = 3 => Mobs have 3 Curses on them (Enfeeble, Temp Chain, Despair) and do not instantly explode. If i cast twice they do. If it overlaps on first cast they do. 1 Cast, No Overlap, Curse Limit = 4 => Mobs have 4 Curses on them (Enfeeble, Temp Chain, Despair, Punishment). Obviously they don't explode. Even after multiple casts. The Curses need to expire first. |

Bummer. I have a feeling you'll have to either flag down Tuna or run into someone else who plays this build extensively to solve it. Never tried the build myself so no idea beyond this. Good luck!

Try getting 20 quality on your impending doom and both spell cascades.
