Is it against TOS to take entrance fee to guild?

I thought about introducing entrance fees to guild so our guild could buy more member spots, just wanted to know if it's legal or no.

It's more a matter of whether your guild has legal ToS and legal avenues for charging/refunding admission fees, isn't it ?

Think that's what guild points are for, I doubt they would allow actual money to be dealt if that's what you are asking.

not a good idea, guild transactions are not account bound so you can literally kick them after they give you the money and they can't really do much of anything about it.

I wouldn't even let people donate to my guild unless they were gonna stick around.

Ok, then the question is - can guild initiates give the guild points?

dunno. know if u donate points u can't be kicked from it for a month? maybe as a fail safe? but seems like a dick move to do anyways. so why would u do this? u this poor?

I'm just planning on steaming PoE on twitch and thought about my followers wanting to join the guild. I'm not that rich and I don't plan on profiting off them, just wanted to buy additional member slots for guild so every 10 people in sum will donate to the next member slot upgrade

i woul say stream donating money would pay for it. mean it's not exactly expensive to buy slots. just saying.

unless ur streaming is your job and u don't get a lot of money from it but still.

-Any member can donate points from their account to the guild (not the leader's account). The guild leader can accept or reject point donations on the guild webpage at pathofexile.com. If they accept a point donation, then they are unable to kick that member out of the guild for three months.

Microtransactions bought by a guild are attached to that guild, not any specific member, and so are currently lost if the guild is deleted.
