I'd disagree. It seems so for the first 3 minutes, but then the exile starts shooting lazerz from eyes, dropping thunderstorms or moving ground. The magic in PoE doesn't fit PoE, it's just all over the place.

So yes there is a disconnect between the initial tone and the glow, but the glow fits the magic.
