Very long loading screens since last patch

As title says I am experiencing very long loading screen despite game installed on SSD NVMe.
Before update loading screens lasted at most 2 - 3 seconds. After update It can last 10 - 20 seconds next time 3 - 5 seconds next time 2 seconds etc. I have tried changing settings and nothing changed.
My PC Specs

I see this issue as well, but mostly on my lower-end machine. On my gaming PC load times are fine. On my laptop, loading into someone else's hideout either takes 5-10 seconds, or it takes 60+ (ballpark, it takes a long long time).
You can tell others have the issue too. When they load into your hideout for a trade, they show up but are unresponsive for a minute or more. |

Same. DX11 is unplayable due to constant lag where it was completely fine before the graphics update. DX12 crashes on poe load. Vulkan works but most mobs and effects are invisible!!!
Win11 1240p Irix Xe 32GB 9000KB/s SSD (Kingston KC3000). Integrated graphics yes but worked just fine before the patch. This pc is middle of the line with upgraded RAM and SSD not even 1 year old. The shader cache is NOT WORKING! I have cleared it and assets are not being loaded from it, apparently ever. With power comes silence! Let's go GGG! We need a response on this please. Or you just gonna hold out till s*** hits the fan in 2 weeks when the new league starts. S*** will hit the fan. Player base is very low right now, partly due to the graphics update on a 12 year old game that should never have received a graphics update. This has effectively killed off a loyal part of your fanbase. How much? We'll find out in 2 weeks wont we. Just when I was confident I'd be able to play this game indefinitely due to finally catching up on the hardware requirements that should not be changing EVER at this point. |

I also have really long loading times with many crashes. Steam client is way worse than Poe standalone. Wich one are you using?
