soo big drop frame for no reason after the new patch

hallo, for some reasons, after the new patch that game released a few days ago, the drop frames start happen every time I login my character, before the patch the frames always was between 120-160 so easy even in the high graphics but now I make everything low graphics and the frames still under the 40 , the game is unplayable at all; my pc is mid pc that even play diablo 4 in high graphics , this really unacceptable, pls do something to help because I know that I not the only one who have this problem.
