I did that. Didn't work.

The shader cache is just plainly never actually loading cached assets. Load times are horrendous for every area including my hideout unless I just portal back within a few seconds. Wait 30 seconds and load times into my hideout vary from 20 seconds to 1 minute depending on who is in my hideout.

I have all the same issues as op but I'm using integrated graphics.

Same issue, spikes and stutters when I use skills, arc is especially affected. To everyone blaming the internet connection: the graph shows latency rather than ping. It's PoE's shitty servers that delay the response, thereby increasing the latency while ping stays stable. The client stutters awaiting server response.

Also client/server desynchro on arc is plain terrible. Like for example I use the skill, my client properly targets some barrels around my cursor I wanted to blow up for shits and giggles, but then the server responds with a different focus and a random group of creatures nearby starts dying for no reason.

Or when I start a legion encounter with a vaal arc, latency spikes to high heavens and mobs flicker as the server and client are tying to synchronize what actually got hit.

Yup, could be that they down-scaled servers this late in the league and that's the issue? Dunno how they handle that.

But yes, latency during big explosions = server side issue
Same here. After patch my shader bar is constantly green. Also GPU bar is about 20ms-40ms.
Ive deleted nvidia shadercaches,poe shadercaches, disabled shadercache from steam.

Specs:
Asus TUF DASH F15
CPU: 11th gen Intel Core i7-11370H @3.3ghz
GPU: Nvidia Geforce RTX 3060, driver ver. 536.99
Mem: 16Gb
OS: Win 11 Home (10.0.22621)

Before I could run game with full gfx details and GPU and CPU ms were really low.

Now it feels that GPU is full load nearly all the time.

Ive tried DX11,Vulkan and DX12.

All settings set to minimal.

Have run this map multiple times today, but it seems it compiles shaders or does some other stuff, because sometimes Ill see missing texture patches on land.

Try setting your minimum processor power state to 100% in the Windows power plan. That pretty much solved it for me.

I got to root of the problem and now when you said I remember that I fiddled with these settings like 4 - 5 years ago.

Steps:

1. Processor power management -> Set minimum processor state to 98%
2. PCI Express -> Link State Power management -> Off
3. Nvidia control panel limit FPS to 60
4. Nvidia control panel force vsync on
5. Nvidia control panel force triple buffering on
6. POE Settings -> Dx11
7. POE Settings -> VSync off
8. POE Settings -> Triple buffering off
9. POE Settings -> foreground fps cap 60

ALSO I Put my laptop to cooling pad otherwise turning to hot potato and cpu throttling might kick in.







Now I get nearly steady 60 FPS atleast on Beach map.

Just a bump. Still no fixes in place for this.

Harvest floors missing initially
Influence mobs causing latency
longer load times

Is this just the expectation?
Bump, issues are still persistent this league and seem to be permanent
