[HELP] Kicked from the game due to too many actions

I've been playing Path of Exile for almost a year now, I have 70 hours of gameplay, but recently, 2 months ago to be exact, I started getting kicked out of the game with the following message: "you got kicked for doing too many actions in a short period"

I searched in various forums and communities but I couldn't solve the problem.

I don't use any program, antivirus or suspicious application, I played for almost 10 months without this message, but two months ago I couldn't stay logged in for even 10 minutes.

Some people on a forum said that this error occurred yesterday due to a skill in the game.

My keyboard and mouse are the same ones I started playing 1 year ago.

I had to stop playing Path of Exile due to this error.
