Need help with optimisation

I am having some performeance issues due to my not so new PC.
Can someone help me out with the best video settings for the most FPS?

My setup:
CPU: Intel Core i5-6500
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050TI
16GB RAM and SSD disc.

They broke game in recent patches and its way more laggier than when league started so its kinda hard to play now. But with that specs just set everything on lowest and turn on dynamic resolution and set target fps to 60. Thats a good base and now u can set whatever graphic setting u want to look better to set it higher.

You better wait for a couple weeks to play again.

They broke the game for all rigs under 5k $ with last week's patch, been six days of the game beeing absolutely unplayable for a lot of people. No official info has been released about this, it is quite unusual due to GGG's biggest event happening this weekend.

If we get lucky it will be fixed eventually, but I would not stress my computer with a broken game that is overusing your CPU for no reason until it works again, which, unfortunately seeing the direction the game took in the last years, is unlikely to happen. "If you're poor, get lost" is actually what's happening with PoE.
