[solved] API, date of Validation is not refresh

Already discussed, but new discoveries are found. As intended, Validation is always true. But this is not true, because if it is not, we receive this information as false, that it is not. After request to set true via the API once, it is performed and it cannot be changed, as it is possible via the website. Since this is supposedly an intended, it cannot be fully reported as a bug, but if Validation is always true, then why after changing some filter characteristics as Name etc via the API the Date of Validation is not changed ??
