The new belltower portal needs to STOP RINGING

Just started playing a few weeks ago and love the game! Bought a new supporter pack because the bell tower falling apart looks cool but was horrified to realize that as long as you use one or more portals up, more bells KEEP RINGING AND NEVER STOP. And there's pretty much always portals up in the hideout. It's incredibly grating and I can't use it because of this, especially if I'm listening to music or something.

I would recommend that you either change it or have the option to ring the bell ONCE (maybe keep the one more bell for each portal, but ring them once at the same time) or even having the option to turn off the sound just to see the thing go up in flames. Hope I'm not the only one with this gripe, but other than loving the game and looking forward to the next league/POE 2!

One ring would be really more than enough. aesthetic wise great hideout decoration but without a change just pure annoyance.

Drop it to 1 portal then do a buncha trading.
Just feed others your pain =D

Agreed, at least turn it off once the map is cleared. It makes no sense for it to keep ringing forever.

personally think the bell should only be ringing at 6 unused portals (freshly opened) since the video preview itself says it heralds the opening of a new map

yes the incessant ringing hurts me a lot too

I second this. Was about to buy the supporter pack, but I am holding off for now because of this.

it would be nice to stop ringing once the boss or the map boss is dead
