Have done the bring the hand to yeena for 2 skill points and haven't got the reward on my 2 char

This is pretty frustrating to see it happen twice. I got the message that I got 2 points but they did not show up on the game screen nor on the skill tree screen. Those are some of the most valuable items in this game and to lose 2 of them is not pleasent. I wrote off the first time as oh well, bad luck. After it happened again, it is not bad luck but a bug.

I tried the f8, but it didn't work so I did the windows key and print screen to show that I did indeed get the quest done but not the reward. Please let me know what I can do to allievate this issue. Regards

The quest reward is not skill points. I think there's only one quest reward that yields 2 skill points, and that is for finishing act 10.

What you're receiving are 2 Passive Refund points, the type you get from using Orbs of Regret. They are used to unallocate passives on your passive tree, so that you may allocate them elsewhere.
