6GB Patch cause fps drops,graphical glitches and high cpu usage/Temp

After 6GB patch,My PoE is Crashes,High fps drop before 168 144(high maps 133 110) Now hard to reach 60fps and when ı shoot some 15 20 monsters game 1fps 20fps and crashes or disconnected server and before patch cpu usage %18 %10 Cpu temp 68/72 degrees after patch cpu usage %90(5 mins after down %20 %30) Cpu temp 90/98 doing nothing(in tier 5+ maps 100 101 degrees).

System Spec:12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12500H 3.10 GHz
8gb ram 3200mhz DDR4
RTX 3050 laptopGpu

I experience exactly the same. Huge lag and glitches during maps, even inside hideout just rtying to move character and not due to high ping. My ping is between 30 to 65 ms but I experience mass lag spikes exactly after the 6giga update this month.

Not only this, but Crashes too, a lot of crashs.
