Entire game is over sharpened since latest patch

Items, text, whole UI and game engine looks extremely sharp since the latest patch. I have tried to change every graphic setting but nothing affects the sharpness. It looks so ugly and wrong that my eyes refuse to play til its fixed.
It is NOT visible on screenshots, which look totally fine.

Edit: Found the issue, it has nothing to do with POE. Nvidia randomly enabled "image scaling" in the settings, after turning it off, everything looks as it should.
