[Fixed] SSL connect error on patch

Played a couple months ago, uninstalled, reinstalling and getting an SSL error. No antivirus and firewall has exceptions for POE file.

Had to make a post to find the solution myself. In the event someone else encounters this issue, this is the fix:
Type in (or copy/paste) the URL that the launcher can't connect to (in my case https://patch.poecdn.com/3.21.1.2.2/PathOfExile.exe) This will download the file manually, once finished take that file and save it over the POE file in your install directory, then relaunch.
