Need P/C on a 3 synth implicit ring, one mod is +1 max frenzy

I got super lucky while rolling X+X cold dmg per frenzy charge essences, and got pretty nice Str/Dex/Intel rolls. I've checked trade multiple times for something similar but couldn't find any with the life per enemy hit synth implict with +1 max frenzy charges, as well as the other mod on the ring.
