Most easy Braindead Build?

Righteous fire is braindead to play, but not to build. And while build guides help, you have to craft or find the right mix of items.
Easier than that is probably Explosive Arrow Champion. Totem builds are easier than others because totems auto fire, and can also taunt enemies (with the right talents). Toxic Rain ballista is similarly good, but starts slower, is better at mid-gear levels (15 divine) but then worse than EA at 30+ divine. |

Cold dot occultist/elementalist is also very easy. It used to be the best starter for Ruthless SSF.

" would you believe me if i say i have zero divines? heck, I have only finished a single tier 1 white map and with great difficulty, i have a RF jug, basically it's phox build but the complexity of POE keeps me from making my own build because well if you make a build and i turns out to be bad well sucks to be you, you have to start all over again or wait 3 months for a full reset |

If you play on Standard, I can give you a bunch of stuff and/or currency for free, which I have no use for anyway. PoE has a ton of design flaws, and grinding wealth for the first time takes you through them all, especially if you don't know current patch's "allowed to scale well enough" builds by heart yet.
