Can't enter Lioneye's Watch

Yesterday I started a new character and on Act 1 I can't enter Lioneye's Watch. The game is loading forever. I tried it then with an old character and there I have the same problem. Now my new one and the old one are stuck. I already tried to clean up the caches and also installed the standalone client (normally I use steam)
I am using the Mac version and this happens only in crucible. I just created a new standard character and there it is working.

Do you have perhaps any ideas?

Ok new update. I switched the gateway and now it seems to work.
Is it possible that the Gateway "Paris" has a problem?
