Disable show items doesnt hide scarabs and some items

Decided to make another fresh post, since nobody care about old one, lol (https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2824734).
So basically all things in title :) pressing Z(i changed this key, but doesnt matter) doesnt hide scarabs when i run delirium skittering orbs and im pretty sure there is more cases with this problem. Any fix? Very annoying. Using neversink modified lootfilter. Last bumped on Jun 23, 2023, 4:28:28 AM

I believe this is mostly for map host bound items.
