How To Run A PackCheck for Mac

So, the "how to run a packcheck" thread is locked, so I'm making this thread to say there should probably be a post including the instructions for running it on mac osx. I play the mac version, and when I went to patch my game this morning, it crashed with the Content.ggpk corrupted message. If I have to redownload it, fine, but I'd like to at least try fixing it first. I found a PackCheck.exe within the POE application, but I have no idea how Wine works, so I haven't been able to get it to run. Can anyone come up with a set of instructions for checking/repairing/deleting the content pack on a mac?
I'm not sure specifically for a mac, but in wine, you should be able to open up a terminal and change directories until you get to where the PackCheck.exe and Content.ggpk files are.

Once there, you should just be able to run "wine PackCheck.exe" and it should say Checking pack file Content.ggpk... and will stay there until it's done. Then you should get messages like:
Done. All file hashes are in sync.

Press any key to continue...

Or it might contain errors if your Content.ggpk is corrupted.
