NO RESPAWN BUTTON in hideout - Relic of the pact + RF bug?

Hi, came across this bug playing blood sacrament and trying to start using rf

With a little coordination you can time a rf tick to kill you when you've got your life reserved from blood sacrament. However, while apparently you just die normally in maps, when you die in hideout you leave no corpse, rf stays on (at least visually) and while you technically die (scream, however death counter does not go up) there is no respawn button (you're not dead but you can't perform any action aside from chat teleport)

In menagerie, delve encampment, aspirant plaza, tane lab and maps you just die and the counter goes up
