What Country can Play This?

This is acctually a question for DEVs, but if annyone knows the answer, please feel free to give it.
I´m from Brazil. Will I be able to play this? Wich countryes exaclty will be gaining acces to it? "It's not a sign of good health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society."

My guess is all countries. You may not have a server nearby but that shouldn't be too much of a problem.
The devs did say that the game won't be translated to other languages until after release sometime. Forum Sheriff

its going to be available to as many people as they can get it in to, the servers may be further away and if your connection isn't great you may not enjoy it as much, but as its a client based game, as long as you can download the client, and connect to the servers, you should have no trouble playing it =)
