MTX refund ?

Hello GGG,
i got bored off the usual kinetic blast so i bought celestial kinetic blast effect but sadly it laggs my whole cpu, first i thought i had a broken computer but after removing the mtx it stopped lagging. is there a way to refund this as i won't be able to use it ( pc will lagg out and make the game unplayable to a point where i get a frozen screen ) ive tried alot of fps guides from streamers, the general troubleshooting guide lowering the graphic settings updating all drivers even giving path of exile a high priority but nothing helps the second i use the mtx i lagg out. would be amazing if i could refund this and just buy something else that dosnt decrease my performance thank you so much in advance. greetings Last bumped on Jun 12, 2023, 12:17:36 PM
