High Ping Singapore Server PH Help
First time posting so forgive me if i did something obviously wrong
We have our problems in singapore server but its tolerable (spiking to 200-400ms). Recently our ISP recently (Jun 5) has issue with their "submarine cable" but they said its fixed now but the ping/latency got a lot worst (constant 1k reaching to 12k to disconnect) |------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| | WinMTR statistics | | Host - % | Sent | Recv | Best | Avrg | Wrst | Last | |------------------------------------------------|------|------|------|------|------|------| | 192.168.1.1 - 0 | 281 | 281 | 0 | 2 | 27 | 3 | | 100.86.0.1 - 1 | 277 | 276 | 1 | 3 | 24 | 2 | | 122.2.187.146.static.pldt.net - 0 | 281 | 281 | 1 | 3 | 30 | 2 | | No response from host - 100 | 57 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | | 210.213.130.39.static.pldt.net - 0 | 281 | 281 | 38 | 41 | 61 | 40 | | No response from host - 100 | 57 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | | 81.74.85ae.ip4.static.sl-reverse.com - 13 | 191 | 168 | 78 | 82 | 101 | 83 | | No response from host - 100 | 57 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | | No response from host - 100 | 57 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | | No response from host - 100 | 57 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | | 95.76.85ae.ip4.static.sl-reverse.com - 12 | 193 | 170 | 0 | 81 | 92 | 80 | | aa.08.caa1.ip4.static.sl-reverse.com - 13 | 187 | 163 | 0 | 80 | 93 | 81 | |________________________________________________|______|______|______|______|______|______| I dont know how to interpret this. Is this an ISP issue or GGG issue? If ISP, how do I explain this to them or is there even a fix for this? If GGG, sad because they always ignore Singapore server issues lol Same issue with everyone in SG server, no lag in other games except POE Any help is appreciated thanks! " Well somewhere after this node, high packet loss starts --> | 122.2.187.146.static.pldt.net - 0 | 281 | 281 | 1 | 3 | 30 | 2 | Sadly we can't see where for sure so start by contacting your ISP and give them the WinMTR report. Don't say anything about games but complain that this interfere with a service on the internet you need...... You could also try a VPN solution and see if that helps.
