Supposing it's a Sirus meteor, based on the 3 ring maze, according to Fandom wikia (can't find a more reliable source) it is:
Deal 21,793 to 32,689 Damage (25% Physical, 25% Fire, 25% Lightning, 25% Chaos) Supposing you have a 75% physDamageReduction and 75% to allRes, that would mean a 5448-8172 hit to your EHP. Which is... quite a lot |

There's really no reason to use the Fandom wiki that hasn't been updated in such a long time. The other wiki, linked in the "Game" dropdown menu at the top of the forum, is actually updated.
Skill:GAMeteorOnFlaskUse doesn't show an appropriate damage range here, but still covers what the OP asked: 25% phys, 75% fire |

" Thanks for the info, but was it always phys? I recall patches ago being able to tank them with just 100% elemental ailment immunity, no phys dmg red, and now I get 1 shot by them, despite having the same elemental immunity. Pff, who even plays Standard?

Ailment immunity isn't reducing the fire damage, it just prevents ignites. Maybe you had more life/fire res/elemental damage reduction back then?
Other than that, GGG slapped damage multipliers on a bunch of stuff in 3.18 and reworked altars in 3.20. Wouldn't be suprised if the meteor damage was increased in one or even both of those cases. |

" Hmm, it's a spell, just recalled that I was with 75% chance to evade spells, just tried it and this is his I was avoiding them. Thanks for the input. Pff, who even plays Standard?
