niko's fuel 0/24 what is that...

hello everyone,
as soon as I switched to the fourth act (aqueduct), the quest "niko's fuel" appeared to collect fuel for niko 0/24, after which I took the banner and opened the gate to the mine, and immediately the quest became completed, and I was asked to talk to niko. ..this is my 2nd character in this league and I haven't noticed this before..is this a bug? not a bug.....just collect the sulphur and do the first node, craft flare and dynamite etc...

yes........or just the read wording of the quest log in poedb......I can't help you if the plain text of the quest log is difficult to understand
