Affliction Charge Effect of Non-Damaging Ailments Still Bugged?

This was mentioned in a previous thread (https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3058624) and listed as fixed in the 3.14 patch notes. However, I'm still not seeing any impact to chill or shock effectiveness with/without affliction charges from Oleysa's Delight. Anyone know if this is a display or actual bug?

" Are you still not seeing it in the monster debuff icons or in the character tab? I guess the character tab only shows the increased effect, not more. |
