So, to report terrain bugs just type /bug then take the screen shot with the bug code, then you make a post in the bug report section and include the img and a detailed description on why you think it is bugged.
In this case, i would guess there is no bug as the area right of the waypoint is unexplored. Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi
