Constantly being asked to enter unlock code while using VPN

I am using NordVPN and there's a setting in it for split tunneling so I can select certain applications for the VPN to be disabled but it doesn't work. I tried selecting the application from the folder itself (PathOfExile_x64, PathOfExile.exe, Client.exe, PachCheck.exe). I've tried selecting it from the list of running applications that NordVPN is detecting. I still keep getting asked to enter an unlock code.
Is there a way to just simply disable it? Is there another executable I need to add to the split tunneling list?
