Mark on hit

i am thoroughly disappointed with mark on hit

after checking the details of how the skill works, i think its about time ggg does something to improve mark on hit.

the best way to improve it is to have the exile say "oh hi mark" whenever it hits.

otherwise this mechanic is total trash.
