My items are not showing on the trade site after updating the account name
Hello, dear PoE tech support.
Today the PoE trade site https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/ does not want to show my items. The site shows that I am offline but I am not. I tried to do all the recommendations from other topics like client restart, privacy settings update, trade site settings update and so on - nothing helps. I suspect that it can be related to my account change that was made yesterday (2023-05-18) via PoE Support team. So, literally yesterday everything worked fine but today when I logged on - trade site does not want to show me online. Can you please recommend any steps to solve the issue? Or take a look at the problem from your side? ======UPD 2023-05-19: Problem is fixed by PoE Support team. I submitted a bug report. I listed some items for a good price
and after an hour was shocked they didnt sell. I realized trade is showing me offline. I restarted the client and logged off on the site and back in and nothing. It was working fine 10 hours ago. |

also seems alot of sellers are listed online while they are offline .
