Weird post-effects of game crash (black screen on load and increased loading time)

So there is nothing I can really screenshot about this one.
Today I had a crash in map, pretty random as I was just using Dash towards Legion monsters. After that, every time I start the game I have the black screen and game does not respond for approximately a minute, then it proceeds directly to log in menu (skipping loading screen with gears). My normal loading time is way lower so thats not ideal thing to happen:)
I've tried to check game files integrity (Steam client), restarted my PC, reinstalled the game, didn't change anything.
Playing on Steam client, Win10, never experienced that black screen loading thing before.
If you need crash dump, dxdiag or anything else, let me know as I'm not sure what might be required in that case.
UPD: I can see the game cursor during the black screen, if I'll try to click game goes "does not respond mode" until it loads, it takes approximately 40 seconds to load, at the very last moment of loading I noticed loading screen gears.
UPD2: Whatever is was, but updating my GeForce GameReady drivers and restarting PC again fixed the issue, and loading screen with normal loading time is back.
