Progenesis flask has disappeared

My equipped Progenesis flask has just disappeared. Its not in my inventory or my stash. I checked the map i just ran and i didnt drop it. I was just sitting in my hideout and came back to my desk and noticed that it was gone.
Could this be a bug? Have items just disappeared for people before? Last bumped on May 14, 2023, 2:42:45 AM

you can somehow destroy item in hideout anyway. Click vendor by accident, click drop to the ground but you cannot do it in hideout and town, and misclick again to destroy it

another common mistake is the tab with unique affinity sucks the item up and people just don't notice/forget.

" actually same thing happened here not long after it happened to you mine disappeared off my flask bar. I have a screenshot from before I went afk that I can see the flask equppied,then I went afk for about an hour and when I got back it was gone. checked everywhere even in my tab that has flask affinity and it no where to be seen. |
