Can't claim kirac's vault rewards

I'm playing crucible, I've completed like 20-odd atlas bonus objectives, but I can't claim Kirac's rewards beyond the first one.

that's because its not in the vault you are standing in... each vault contains a different reward and your standing in the very first one(which would be the one that contained the orb of horizons) based off the explorers scouting report vault being in the next one.
aka not a bug. |
