Heist Auto Enforcer a bit too much damage?

I died in a Heist ILvl 82 no Mods (HCSSF) and was not sure what killed me (some White Mob or Blue Mob with "haste"). After a bit of research and reviewing the death (i got hit by two Auto enforcer Balls in very quick succession) I compared the White-Mob "Auto Enforcer" damage (9.636 to 14.454 cold damage) to the Astral Avalanche damage of the Black Star Boss (the first hard hitting cold damage that came to mind without ColdPen etc.) which was 12.010 to 18.015. Unless I checked the wrong Mob it seems that this specific Heist Monster without any modifiers deals almost as much Damage as an endgame boss.
I understand that it is supposed to be a very well telegraphed Attack which should be dodged, but keeping in mind that heist after lockdown is pretty hectic and also the overall visual clutter in PoE that seems a bit extreme.

Relevant Defense Layers: 81% all max ele res (curse+exposure capped), 7 endurance charges, 50k-70k armour depending on flasks, Jugg ascendancy for 8% armour to apply to ele hits

Bear in mind that bomb attack is extremely, heavily telegraphed and only deals significant damage when it reaches the end point. It's also the only real dangerous thing the automaton faction even has, so if you know how to dodge it, they're almost harmless.

Personally, I consider moves generously telegraphed are the only ones deserving to be able to oneshot you.
