Forbidden flesh and flame not working

I have put Forbidden flame and flesh both with Nature's Reprisal into my tree but nothing changed. I transfered my character into the POB and it replied the same: damage and other stats just aren't affected.
My class is Ranger and both jewels have same skill so it should work. I tested it with other build I was leading to, so that build is affected by the stones.

I assume that it might be my problem so I would be greatful for the help

You forgot to add "Wither stacks" in your config.

Natures Reprisal scales the effect of Wither. Right now your PoB assumes there are none, which means there is nothing to scale and thus nothing changes.

Oh, I got the problem. My ingame dps won't be changed as it is debuff on enemy and pob shoud manually added with withered stacks
