Crucible 6% increased attributes 20% increased global damage

Crucible 6% increased attributes 20% increased global damage node is does not increase my omni, is this intended? or known?

It does increase my attributes when i take off the omni.

The attribute mastery 5% increased attributes does increase my omni when i unspec and spec it. Am i missing something, its hard somethimes to understand certain interactions in this game
